等离子抛光（等离子抛光）基本信息及安裝规定

1、等离子抛光（等离子抛光）特性 Features

1) 非凡迅速去除毛刺工作能力，细微里孔、连接管、缝隙盲区均可率抛光，决不变型及伤表面，不危害精密度。

Have excellent ability of fast de-burring, high efficiently grinding small inner holes, inner pipes, crevices, etc. Make NO damage to the surface of workpieces, and DO NOT affect the accuracy of workpieces.

2) 生产加工速度更快，一次3~15分鐘便可进行，可在设备运行中更换工件。

Fast grinding or polishing, only 3~15 minutes is needed for each time.

Workpieces can be changed during the machine running.

3) 实际操作层面简易，低成本，零污染，不锈钢板针为磨材。

Simple and convenient operation, low cost, no pollution. The stainless steel pins are permanent abrasives.

2、等离子抛光（等离子抛光）主要用途 Application

金首饰业打磨抛光清洗工作中，制成品表面抛光解决，去除空气氧化塑料薄膜工作中，生锈去除解决，电镀工艺或喷涂前解决，煅烧印痕解决，零件残磁去除。

Use in metal industry for Gringding, cleaning, polishing surface of workpiece, removing layer of oxide on the workpiece, derusting, processing before plating or painting, processing the marks of sintering, and demagnetizing the workpiece.

3、等离子抛光（等离子抛光）表明 Description

1)抛光速度更快，均值一次抛光時间约3~15分鐘，更换工件快，可在设备运行操作过程中更换零件。

Grinding quickly, it only takes 3~15 minutes for each time on average.

Easy and fast changing the workpieces, the workpieces can be changed during the machine running.

2)使用方便，A安全性，免技术性，一人可实际操作几台设备。

Simple operation, absolute safety. One person can operate multiple machines.

3)低成本，不锈钢板针为磨材，耗费低，的耗品为抛光液。零污染，抛光液含95%水份，故不含毒性及发生火灾事故之虑。

Low cost, the stainless steel pins are permanent abrasives. The only consumable item is Grinding (Brightening) Fluid. No pollution. The grinding (brightening) fluid contains 95% moisture, and is non-toxic; you can have no worry about fire on it.

4)抛光进行后，工件好解决，可以用不锈钢筛网、筛桶或磁石，随便将工件和不锈钢板针分离。

The workpieces can be easily dealt with after grinding. Can use a sieve mesh, sieve drum or magnet to easily separate the workpieces from the pins

4、等离子抛光（等离子抛光）安裝自然环境 Installing Environment

1)无水珠、蒸气、尘土及油溶性尘土之场地。

Place WITHOUT water drops, vapor, dust or oily dust.

2)耐腐蚀、易燃性性之汽体、液态。

Place WITHOUT corrosive, flammable liquid or gas.

3)无飘浮性的浮尘及合金颗粒。

Place WITHOUT floating dirt and metal particle.

4)拧紧无震动之场地。

Place of no vibration.
